I shall not divulge any of this information or make use of the information outside of the ‘Noted Fieldwork Panel’ without the express prior written approval of Noted fieldwork.
I confirm that neither I nor any member of my household is an employee of Noted Fieldwork or any company within the FIS Group Limited.
I understand that the intellectual property rights in any matters discussed as a member of the Noted Fieldwork Panel (or otherwise) will belong to Noted Fieldwork.
Rewards / points
Taking part in surveys and focus groups allow participants to earn reward points that can be converted into rewards. These rewards will usually be an electronic gift card / e-Voucher or cash (including cash equivalent such as Bank transfer, Virtual Visa or Paypal). These rewards are available via our Rewards Provider: Tremendous. Gift cards/vouchers will be redeemable at many online retailers and will be available once you have completed at least one survey and confirmed your details (depending on the number of points awarded). The points you receive for completing a survey will vary depending on the length of the survey or focus group, the time taken to complete them and the nature of the activity; these will be highlighted in emails sent out prior to the start of the activities. Please note that if you fail to complete a survey by the deadline, or if you do not take part in a sufficient percentage of a focus group, you may not receive your reward points. Additionally, reward points may not be offered in all instances, but this will be made clear in the emails sent out prior to the start of the surveys / focus groups. Most rewards require you to have accumulated at least 5 reward points before you can claim, but some rewards require more points (Minimum points are in most cases are dictated to us by the retailer and are beyond our control).
We ask you to wait at least one week after you have completed a survey before enquiring about missing points as the time taken to allocate points can vary significantly between projects. Fieldwork for each project can be conducted over several working days even if you are only attending on one of those days. It can also take a few working days for points to be allocated after the fieldwork period finishes to allow time for all of the data to be compiled.
If the period before you receive your points is likely to be longer than a week, we will usually notify you within the survey invite.
While the criteria for complete participation in the focus groups may vary, in general we would like you to take part in conversation throughout any focus groups you are invited to. We would like for you to give your honest opinions without trying to dominate the group, and to only discuss those topics that are relevant to the group. Noted Fieldwork reserves the right to withhold your reward for participation; if you are disqualified, you will be given a full explanation as to why that happened.
If you have any further questions about taking part in focus groups/surveys on the Noted Fieldwork Panel, please email us at enquiries@noted-fieldwork.com

- Anyone who deliberately tries to run multiple active accounts for the same person using different email addresses or is deemed to be purposefully faking their answers (e.g. entering nonsense responses, speeding through surveys), may not receive their points on any account and also risks having all of their accounts blocked automatically or having their membership of the Noted Fieldwork Panel permanently revoked.

The responsibility for declaring and paying any tax that may be due rests solely with you as the participant / panellist. Noted Fieldwork and FIS Group accept no responsibility or liability for any tax obligations arising from these incentive or payments.
- All the products we test undergo thorough evaluation to ensure they are suitable for human use or consumption, just like items found on supermarket shelves or in restaurants. Participation in any test is entirely voluntary. By taking part, you acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own risk and accept full responsibility for consuming any products provided.
Testing products with Under 18’s
There may be occasions in future where we would ask children to attend our testing locations with a parent / adult guardian to test some products. If/when this occurs, the points for that test would automatically be added to the parent/guardian’s account (as children under the age of 18 are currently not permitted to have their own account on our system).
By joining the Noted Fieldwork Panel you agree to be bound by the above rules. Anyone found to be in breach of any of the above rules faces removal from the Noted Fieldwork Panel.
What will happen if I choose to deactivate my account?
While we enjoy having you on the Noted Fieldwork Panel, if you wish to deactivate your account, we will revoke your membership. Personal information will be retained on the site for three months after the deactivation of your account, after which time it shall be removed permanently.
Inactive accounts
We have some members who have been inactive for a long time and who haven't either taken part in a survey or converted their points into gift cards/vouchers. If any account has been inactive for 12 months or longer, we shall email those account holders giving 7 days for the account holder to respond before taking any action. However, if we don’t receive a response in that time, we reserve the right to close that account. If that occurs any accumulated points associated with that account will be lost.
The limit for how long you can leave unclaimed points on our system (from the date they are allocated to your account) is 2 full calendar years. Don’t leave points on our panel for longer than 2 years, otherwise you risk your points being deleted from your account.
Focus Groups and Online Surveys
Surveys will normally take between 5-15 minutes to complete. The time you have to complete these will vary from survey to survey but typically you will have around 7 days to complete a survey. The closing date of each survey you are sent will be clearly specified within the e-mail or invite. Focus groups are different in that participants must be available on a specific date and at a specific time. When Noted Fieldwork needs certain types of customers / participants to take part in these, the information provided during membership sign up will be reviewed, or potential participants will be asked to complete a recruitment screener to determine whether they meet the criteria; if you do not meet the criteria, you will not be selected. Focus groups run by Noted Fieldwork will be administered in accordance with the MRS code of conduct.
