We wanted to let you know about some exciting updates you’ll soon start to see across our community panel, online surveys and test facilities.
As part of a wider brand refresh, we’ve started introducing our new name — Noted Fieldwork — along with a fresh new look, updated colours and design style across all locations and communications.
While things may look a little different, the important things stay exactly the same:
✓ Your points will continue unaffected
✓ Your bookings remain unchanged
✓ You’ll still see the same team
✓ Surveys and sessions will continue to run in the same way

We know that some of you have experienced frustrations with our current voucher partner, so we’re making a change designed to improve your rewards experience.
Our new rewards provider will give you:
• The option to convert your points into cash via PayPal or bank transfer
• Access to gift cards from a wide range of providers
• A simpler and more streamlined redemption experience
We’ll share more details soon, but we’re excited to bring you more flexibility and make rewards easier to access.
